Title: Experiences Kerberizing a Commercial Application

Abstract:

This talk overviews the challenges of providing Kerberos 5 support in a commercial product.  Many operating system vendors now include Kerberos 5 natively.  A growing list of Kerberized applications will provide for more secure options.  Increased interoperability between Kerberos 5 implementations should allow applications to be integrated more easily.   The challenges and
solutions we found in providing support for Kerberos 5 for a diverse group of customers and across a number of operating systems are discussed.
