Hotel Information

The official hotel of the 2008 Workshop is the Hilton Newark Penn Station located across the street from Newark Penn Station which is easily accessible via Amtrak, New Jersey Transit, PATH, the Newark Airport AIRTrain and the Newark Light Rail. The Hilton is just two short stops from NJIT on the Newark Light Rail.

There is a free hotel shuttle from Newark Liberty International Airport. Take AirTrain to P4 to meet the shuttle.

Reservations:
To make reservations by phone, call 1-800-Hiltons or 973-622-5000 and specify the group name as AFS 2008.

To make reservations online, go to www.newarkpennstation.hilton.com and use the group code AFS.

Workshop attendees are eligible for a nightly rate of $169 for single accommodations and $179 for double accommodations. The group rate is valid for the stays from Sunday May 18th through Saturday May 24th. Note that if you have trouble making the reservation that you need please call the hotel direct and ask to speak with Carolyn in Group Sales. She will help you get everything sorted out.

The rooms reserved for workshop attendees will be released on 27 April 2008. The number of rooms available is limited. Make your reservations early.
