Ken Hornstein, NRL -- Progress Report on RxTCP

RxTCP is a version of the Rx RPC system used by AFS that has been modified to use a TCP transport mechanism. This talk will include a description of the RxTCP protocol, the architecture of the implementation, and the current status and timeline of this work.
